Our screeds are retarded for a specific time, generally 8 hours and remains workable for one working day. The traditional sand cement range is suitable for all conventional screed applications, including monolithic, bonded and un-bonded construction and as a floating screed. Our screed can also be used over under floor heating systems.

Reinforced Screed:

A high quality, retarded screed with excellent strength characteristics and polypropylene fibres. These fibres act as a substitute to light mesh as well as ensuring the reinforcement is homogenous throughout the product.

Rapid 3:

High quality, retarded screed with the distinct advantage of quick drying properties; 3mm per day is the drying capability compared with standard screeds of 1mm per day. This screed can be supplied as with sand cement ratio of 1:4 or 1:3 with minimum strengths of 20N or 30N.
